Decided to have a blog giveaway contest as there is a rising mountain of hats at home. The hat that I’m giving away is this magenta crocheted hat with flower, lace and pearl string, modeled here by rosie (a love and more).
How to enter:
I’m going to make this as simple as possible – just leave a comment and I will choose a winner from those who leave a comment by the end date. Of course, if you would publish a note about the blog/contest and my blythe hats on your blog/twitter/flickr, it would be really nice (and would really make my day! :) ) but I won’t make it compulsory.

Hi Rosie: You certainly look very beautiful wearing one of mom’s awesome hats. I know just how wonderful they are as my girls enjoy wearing two beauties that she created! Her hats are very special and very lovely, please make sure to tell her how proud you are of her skills OK? And get Goldie in on it too, I’m sure you two girls can pass on big hugs and lots of good wishes so all her dreams come true :)

I am still trying to make something interesting for my girls! Guess I am just awkward and can’t read a pattern for crochet or knitting yet. Hopefully, my neighbor will help me and give me a lesson or two. She’s been doing crochet for 30 years!
